On this IMPLEMENTATION assign<\/span>ment for a Client in the Life-Sciences – Medical Devices & Diagnostics sector they wanted help with implementing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities across Finance and IT functions within UK operation of major US Multinational Corporation.<\/p>\n

Robert worked with the Company SOX Coordinator, Finance and IT Directors to: identify and interpret Corporate requirements; propose and implement project-type structure to ensure timely completion; facilitate weekly reviews of progress and management of critical show-stopping issues.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

He made a difference by being able to leverage on his extensive project and programme experience to provide an independent assessment of what was needed and then worked with the Client to help implement the solution.<\/p>\n
